My roof was damaged in the tornado that came through in May 2024. Part of my roof needed to be rebuilt in addition to getting new shingles. I was referred to Tejas Elite Customs. Ruben came out while the tree was still on my roof and we talked through things to be careful with when the tree is being removed. Since Tejas Wlite does all of it, we started to talk about the things that I have wanted to upgrade and they were able to do it all! Since my home is laid out a little weird, it was hard to get insulation to a certain part of my house. While doing the repairs, they added insulation. And I’m working with them to change windows and an external door when they paint my home. It’s so nice to have one company that can do it all. But the best part was the customer service. Ruben talked me through all of my options and broke a bigger project down into smaller steps. His team was here for three days and they made sure there was a path for my dogs to go outside and for me to get to my car. Even guys on the roof would call down to someone in the ground if they saw something that they thought might get in my way. Tejas Elite does remodels and and new builds which means they can do all aspects of a project. I wish they were around when I had other remodel jobs done!
